Ever since the launch, the creators of the AI writing tool Lex have kept improving the tool, and today, two new features have been introduced.
New features in Lex: comments and AI rewrite
From now on, you can add comments to your documents. All you have to do is highlight the text you want to comment on, and click the “Add Comment” button that appears in the right margin on the desktop and in the header toolbar on mobile.
Of course, you can easily navigate through the comments using arrow keys. And don’t worry, the feature works as well on the mobile version of the tools as it does on the desktop!
The second feature – AI rewrite – will help you enhance your writing or at least offer suggestions on how to improve sentences or paragraphs. Simply highlight text that you feel could use improvement and click the “AI Rewrite” button. The AI will promptly provide a suggested rewrite in the form of a comment.
In addition, you can highlight just one word, and you will get a list of synonyms for it. So when you catch yourself repeating the same words throughout the text, this will come in handy.
Every Lex Page user has received three extra invites
To celebrate new features, every Lex user has received three extra invites on top of the initial five.
Just as a reminder, there are more than 18 thousand people on the waitlist to get access to the tool. People who have been granted access received five invites. So they could give direct access to the tool to anyone they wanted to collaborate with.
If you’ve used up all the invites, don’t worry, you have received a cheeky bonus of three more invites today!
